• Development and updating of budget and resource loaded CPM Progress Schedule utilizing Oracle-Primavera P3.3.1 and P6 software. Budget expenditure forecast and cash flow projection.
• Development of new Scheduling Specifications to be used in the contract documents
• Provide clients with risk assessment analysis, time scaled network logic diagrams, critical path analysis and matrix reports reflecting major milestones
• Development of recovery and contingency plans, as well as work around schedules. Preparation of narrative reports
• Claims preparation, support and justification.
• Development and implementation of the claims avoidance strategy
• Training and support of the client's engineers on CPM schedule review techniques and how to recognize in advance of forthcoming claims
• Development of detail construction control schedules in order to obtain knowledge of the project's major milestone(s) and completion dates to be used in the contract bid documents (Time for completion)
• Review and approval of contractor's progress schedules, monitoring of milestone dates and contract requirements compliance
• Detailed and conceptual cost estimating of civil and heavy construction projects
• Pre-construction services, including constructability studies, projects value engineering, development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Solicitation of subcontractors and vendors on behalf of the client
• Bid package analysis and review. Verification of scope of work
• Review and preparation of payment requisitions, calculation of labor and equipment rates. Validation of change orders and determination of contracts time extension.
